Refund & Return Policy

At Serene Dimensions, each piece is handmade with care, intention, and natural materials. Because our jewelry is handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in stones, wire wrapping, shape, color, and texture may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and availability of materials.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or exposed to water, chemicals, perfume, lotions, or improper storage

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Serene Dimensions is not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, direct exchanges may not always be available. If you would like a different piece, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already shipped.

Jewelry Care

Natural stone and copper jewelry should be handled with care. Please avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, oils, or chemicals. Copper may naturally darken over time and develop a patina. This is normal and can be gently polished if desired.
