Thank you for shopping with Serene Dimensions. Each piece is handmade with care and packaged thoughtfully before shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Because our jewelry is handmade and often created in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, markets, or high-order periods.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and delivery address.

From time to time, Serene Dimensions may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be shown at checkout when available.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Serene Dimensions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Serene Dimensions is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Serene Dimensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office, neighbors, household members, or building office. You may also need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and do our best to offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and material availability.

International Shipping

At this time, Serene Dimensions does not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
